Processing Your Order
All orders are processed within 1-3 working days. If order receive on weekends or holidays, we may processed the next working day.
If you need the goods urgently, please send us a notification. We will try our best to arrange for you.
No minimum order or purchase needed for local delivery
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
For West Malaysia, you may receive your parcel within 3-7 working days, and East Malaysia may within 5-14 working days.
Parcels will not be pick-up during the weekend and public holidays.

Delivery Delays
Slight delivery delays may occur due to long public holidays or special festive season. We appreciate your kind understanding.
We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, charges or expenses caused by delayed delivery.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive the shipment confirmation email after placing the order and each order has a tracking number that will be emailed to you after your order is shipped.
Cancel order or change of address
If your order has been shipped out, we are not able to cancel it or change of address. We appreciate your kind understanding.
If you’ve placed an order within the last few hours, we may be able to help! Please contact our support team support@beautis-store.com immediately.
Damages
If you received your order damaged or defective, please contact our support team support@beautis-store.com directly to file a claim.
Firstly take a photos of the damaged goods and the signs of damage. Kindly save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. We may need you to return all the damaged goods to us.
Please take note that you must contact our support team support@beautis-store.com within 24hours after receiving the damaged goods.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We do not accept returns due to mistake of product(s) ordered wrongly or change of mind after receiving the goods. Please double check your order items before you make payment.
Kindly note that once payment has been made, cancellation and exchanging of items are not possible.
For damaged, defective or wrong products sent, we will arrange a replacement for the affected products or we may issue a refund in the form of store credit depending on the issue which not only includes for the full price of the item but also shipping fee if applicable (only for Malaysia and Singapore orders).
You must provide us the following for the claims:
- Photo(s) of the product(s) as close to the affected condition
- Photo(s) of the full parcel inside and/or outside
International Shipping Policy
Currently we only ship to Singapore. For other countries, please email us at support@beautis-store.com to provide us with the product items and your address details. We will find out the shipping rates for you.
International Customs, duties, and taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your kind understanding.
